Delete your PrepAssure account

You can permanently delete your PrepAssure account and its associated personal and learning data.

Delete from the app

1. Sign in to PrepAssure.
2. Open the You tab.
3. Choose Delete account permanently and confirm.

Request deletion without the app

Use the form below with the email address on your PrepAssure account. In your message, write Delete my PrepAssure account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

What is deleted

We delete your account profile and associated learning data, including saved practice activity and progress. Active tutoring requests are cancelled. We retain information only where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
